Pind Balluchi hits the spot for flavorful Punjabi tandoori dishes and gravies, especially for vegetarians! I was really impressed with their veg starters platter, everything on it was delicious. The kadai paneer was particularly interesting - it wasn't the usual cashew gravy version you find at most dhabas, but it had its own unique taste that I enjoyed. One downside was the butter garlic naan, which was a bit chewy and rubbery. They weren't the best, but the fresh lime soda was perfect for a hot day, with a nice balance of sweet and salty. The overall ambience and food taste were great, but the service was definitely on the slow side. If they can improve that, it would be an even better experience. Horrible experience!! I visited the restaurant along with 2 of my friends for a meet up, first we were asked to wait for more than 20 minutes by this female manager who had no absolutely idea what she was doing. She gave other customers over there a hard time too. All she did was note down the name and contact details on a long list and then do nothing after that. We were never called to say that our seat was ready by her! While we were still eating our desserts,she came up to our table and asked how long it would take for us, and asked us to move in 5 minutes, she said "I cannot directly ask you to leave but please hurry within 5 minutes",which is so arrogant! We vacated immediately and were taking pictures outside, one of my friends saw her roaming around doing nothing and asked her to click a picture of three of us to which she replied "Hurry up I am getting late I have work to do". This is more than horrible customer experience! Not just the behaviour of the lady, the service at the restaurant also was third class, we were not even given glasses to drink water from! Would never visit this place again and would suggest the same to all!
