Picked up my beef filet pizza. It looked quite poor with filling. I was disappointed with the size. Hand on heart, if you are looking for good thin pizza, I recommend Solna Basic. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Pizzeria Drop-in in Upplands Väsby you should watch out for!! Was once a very good pizzeria, but now I hope it disappears and leaves room for some serious entrepreneur. We have now, on 2 occasions, been insanely disappointed and not even received an answer to the complaints we sent to them. Last time it took 3 hours before the food arrived and then we had time to cook our own food before the ordered one arrived. Thought, in my naivety, that it was a record for delay, but today we ordered at 17:44 and the food arrived at 21:53...According to the receipt, it says that delivery would take place at 19:16... 1.5 hours is , in my eyes, acceptable on New Year's Day, when a large part of the population actually eats pizza, but not over 4 hours. Called at 20:00 and asked for the food and was told that it was on its way, but it took almost 2 hours to drive a distance of about 1.5 kilometers... Said pizzeria reportedly closes at 21:30, so it was also cold when it arrived. But it wasn't the worst, because out of 4 pizzas ordered, all were burnt, 3 were the wrong kind and one was missing extra toppings, which they charged for anyway. In addition, it says on their FB page that drinks were included today, but there was no such thing either. In addition, there was no taste whatsoever to the delivered food, but that could be because it was cold and burnt, and black pizzas are not the best. One of the baked ones was also broken, so a lot of the minimal filling was in the box instead of in the pizza.. Once is not a time, but twice is a habit, so never again pizzeria Drop-in for us! !
