A spectacular place from start to finish. The friendliness and excellent service of Eduardo, Alberto and Donovan was outstanding. From the moment they welcome you with some complimentary marlin tacos with three different sauces, the experience begins. The cocktails with fruits and different consistencies are a very good letter of presentation and not to mention the appetizers such as the duck taquitos, the pork belly bao or the champion: a carpaccio with a house recipe that will blow your mind with capers , Dijon mustard, pickled onions and a gravy of black sauces with truffle. For the cut we ask for a vacuum, which I recommend ordering medium or medium rare since it is finished roasting on a stone that is brought to the table. The poblano chili risotto with octopus was acceptable, but the rice could have been better. What was a very pleasant surprise was the beet salad with yogurt sweetened with honey.
