The ramen noodle was great. The broth was salty. It's definitely spicy. Shop is small, probably sit about 20 people at a time. Try for the experience and all the raves from the reviews, but I wouldn't come back here because it's nothing memorable.

First of all, the oxtail bone had little flavor but the soup was salty,the ramen was very average. We didn't enjoy any premium service, yet we were charged 18% service fee, which was charged straight away and no hint was given to be the first to tell us about it. Also, the store was very small as we had to sit person to person, which can be very intimidating if you are a sociopath. Therefore, we didn't leave a tip after we left as we had already paid 18% for the service, but about a second after we got up, we were shouted at straight away by the waiter to stop and demand that we had to pay an extra tip, all the customers looked at us and I have to say it was a very scary experience. I felt uncomfortable and my spirit was shattered, it prevented me from sleeping at night so I was not allowed to give a review the next day, I hope you will not have the same experience as me. OMG!!! I'm a ramen head and I didn't think there was anything about ramen that would surprise me.... Until I came here to Ramen Nakamura. There was a signature ramen bowl that was on their menu that I HAD to try. The Ox Tail Ramen! The broth was nothing i've ever tasted before. It was very clean tasting. They didnt skimp on the ox tail. I can't explain how it actually taste. you're going to have to try it for yourself. The level of customer service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive. When the food came out, they explained how to prep and also assisted us in pouring the right amount of sauce for a perfect mixture. It's a typical size ramen house that has limited amount of seats. Its a U shape counter seating. There are no tables, just counter seatings and seats are limited. Meaning, you need to either get there early and wait.
