Disappointing experience for my wife’s birthday. Quality of food was very good but service was very poor, felt like we were an inconvenience to our server, forgot part of our order and just seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. Shame. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I don't know why this review was not published: Good food..bad service. I have never had a bottle of wine opened in the ice cooler until this day. It was a laugh to see her turn the bottle between ice The waitress could not fail to impress us.....Pouring the wine by taking the glass, bringing it closer to her and then leaving it next to me to distribute it to the other diners is to call it in some way...shabby. Afterwards, they never served wine again during dinner and they didn't even leave me a napkin so I wouldn't get soaked every time you wanted to add more...I had to ask for it...and they brought me paper ones!!! Letter not updated on the internet with the Bidi code that they provided us at the beginning. The desserts...they brought whatever they wanted...some they took out of their pocket because they did not appear from the internet code and others that we ordered told us that they had not had them for a long time. The waitress served us at first and then she lingered at a table on the terrace and never came again until she brought us the bill. Of course... we went to ask for the bill at the bar. There are no complaints about the food. We tried a little of everything. Delicious oysters... delicious sardines... the anchovies are also exquisite... razor clams... the meat is just right... The normal desserts. In short...A shame... exceptional food with service without any training in hospitality. It was my first time at the reart but the people who were with me had been there more times and they are not going to return. It's a shame that in Ibiza there are places like this and they don't invest in training staff. It's obvious that they live off tourism and they don't care if the people who live there come back or not.
