A secret treasure here in Vallejo. The Shoyu Ramen comes with 2 gigantic Pork Chashu pieces large enough to cover and hang over a man's hand. And the fat melts right on your tongue. The broth is mild and not too salty but tasty in a simple way. Just some super solid, good quality ramen that focuses on the basics!

My friend and I stopped in here for lunch today and it was great. My friend had the chicken ramen and I had the teriyaki bowl. We also ordered the chicken gyoza as an appetizer to share and they brought us an extra plate of deep fried chicken gyoza for free! We also got 2 large Thai teas. The young gentleman behind the counter was very attentive and the food was actually pretty good for a random ramen stop in American Canyon. Will come here again in the future! Meal type: Other

This place has potential, but if you expect a prompt preparation, look elsewhere. I've ordered in person and through a delivery service on two separate occasions. The flavors are great but the prep is slow... 30 minutes on a teriyaki bowl and boba in person for reference. They have a great concept otherwise: cute shop, youthful feel and good food. Review edited 4/2/21: GrubHub made a mistake that affected a delivery order and erroneously reflected badly on Romi's Ramen. Cut out information pertaining the isolated incident.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, we’re closed on Wednesday’s so we don’t know how the order went through, but we’ll make sure to talk to Postmates and Grubhub regarding our hours online. We hope this doesn’t effect your interest in ordering from Romi’s Ramen!
