READ ALL IF YOU GO HERE!!! I was a loyal customer of subway for about 2 years. Every time we went to Petrom, we took another menu. However, lately it seems that they have deteriorated too much, especially when serving. To understand why I have such an opinion, yesterday when I went they would have put the wrong sauce on my sandwich if I hadn't noticed. There were no bathrooms, but what happened today helped my decision not to buy from this restaurant. I came to get a carbonated drink from the dispenser, but to my surprise they ran out of syrup, so I wanted to get a refill on another drink. Every time at the subway, you can get as many refills as you want, as long as you have a visit, this is what was understood from the direct words of the employees during all this time. The elderly employee came to me with the map to ask why I had to fill the glass again. I didn't understand what was wrong. I told him that I was just doing a refill, but with a threatening look he said that this can only be done if you take a sandwich. I didn't blame him for anything. I went to the subway many times just to get a juice and I gave a refill without being told anything. This sandwich rule was not mentioned at all. It seems that subway "changed their terms and conditions". It doesn't seem normal to me; if you pay for a product and it is specified that you can have as many portions as you want, as long as you stay within the perimeters of the building, then the decision to remove this option without being mentioned before the purchase is not at all ethical for a fast food chain like Subway. This proves that subway is a greedy corporation that does not feel any remorse when it steals from your face and that they are not only bad at serving, but also at supplying. From now on, I will never buy from Subway again and I advise you to do the same, just out of morality.
