The most relaxing, picturesque and friendly place to refuel and recline in Tetovo, where the food is as pleasant as the view. The terrace at the rear of the restaurant is beautiful, resting under a canopy of trees. It is surprising how quiet and peaceful it is considering it is just behind the main high street. On top of this the service is top class - make sure to say hi to Ilija from us! We couldn’t recommend highly enough. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My first and best Shopska salad in North Macedonia. I was in Tetovo for simply random reasons and wandering in search of dinner led me to Senator, and it was wonderful. Not haute cuisine, of course, but absolutely perfect, simple, fresh local produce, and the best salad I had during the whole ten-day journey through this delightful country. The restaurant deserves five stars simply because is exceeded expectations, produced exactly what it offered and the food was great. No more, no less Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
