First of all, one of the items ordered, that is benne masala dosa was missing for which the refund was claimed. Secondly the Dosas recieved were not good at all. Lastly, the uddin vadas were as if they were dipped in oil. One could literally squeeze 500ml of oil out of them.

i had ordered 3 dosas in the morning by 9:30 and i received the worst food the dosa batter had gone stale it had foul smell it was very bad and sour. experiencing this for morning breakfast was bad i am never ordering the food from shree dosa point
