I recently visited Siam Twist and had an extremely disappointing experience. The owner's behaviour towards both customers and staff was completely unacceptable. From the moment I entered, the owner acted strangely and made it clear that he had little understanding of coffee. He even mentioned not wanting customers to provide too many instructions for their coffee orders, which is surprising and furthermore, it is disheartening to witness the owner blaming every customer and responding with hostility. This behaviour creates an unwelcoming environment and indicates a lack of professionalism. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any issues that may arise During my visit, the owner's behaviour escalated when I received the wrong size of coffee after paying for a large one. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming that I should be grateful. I believe it's important for businesses to provide a welcoming and customer-focused environment, and unfortunately, Siam Twist falls short in this regard. I would strongly caution anyone considering a visit to this establishment. Note to the Owner: If you are unable to handle criticism and provide proper customer service, perhaps it's time to reconsider and the low rating of this establishment is a reflection of issues. You bought a $5 coffee and are writing an entire article about me. There were 7 of you and whilst you are getting enjoyment out of this, you are the third to provide a one star review. Does not worry me, but you guys in your twenties have a lot of growing up to do and aclimitising to Australian Society.
