Went into this Starbucks today to get my husband and I a couple breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee. They were out of everything, no nitro brew, they didn't have one of the sandwiches I wished and so I asked for two of the other one I was going to get and they only had one left. The lady behind the counter acted as if she didn't want to be there. She was asking me the same question over and over about the size when I kept saying small like she wasn't comprehending the translation for a small cup. At first I said whatever will fit with quad espresso shots but then just said small. I'm not perfect I don't come to Starbucks often to say the correct terms for small, medium or large. At this point I was just done with this whole ordeal and said I'd just go to another Starbucks. The employee, with long dark hair, tall-ish and big lash extensions or glue ones then proceeded with a passive aggressive comment; "good!". I looked at her and said, "really? Ok then, maybe you shouldn't be a bitch." I'm personally not going to stand for that kind of customer service when I am a paying customer and she missed out on a potential tip because I used to be a waiter and I know the struggle in the food industry making money. I will not be going back to that specific location if she is working there. My family and I come to this target regularly, not only is she supposed to be holding up standards of Starbucks but Target as well.
