После прогулки у Shark Reef зайдите поужинать в этот ресторан. Повара здесь готовят хороший стейк из тунца на гриле, чесночный рис и стейк флэт айрон. Стоит посетить Strip Steak, чтобы попробовать неплохой жареный ананас, имбирное мороженое и ягодный компот. Закажите вкусный глинтвейн, лимонный ликёр или домашнее вино. Здесь подают хороший тайский чай со льдом, имбирное пиво или мятный коктейль.

With tourism routinely down between Thanksgiving and Christmas it was alongside five colleagues that Dinner was enjoyed inside a quiet STRIPTEAK on Wednesday, the prix-fixe crafted by Executive Chef Anthony Schutz once again attesting to quality that has only improved since he took the wheel. Now steered by Tony for over three years, and recently benefitted through the addition of Vivian Chang as Pastry Chef for all Las Vegas Michael Mina Restaurants, it was minutes prior to 6:30pm that all guests were present, Mina's trio of Duck Fat Fries soon joining a Tiki Drink titled Forbidden Lei that's as sweet as it is potent. At this time one of four local Restaurants for Michael Mina, and arguably the most whimsical despite upscale Steakhouse branding, it was while working through crispy Potatoes and complimentary Sauces that course one was presented, the Cornbread "Twinkie" housing Citrus Crème Fraiche that offers a vibrant backdrop to Kaluga Caviar without overwhelming it. Keeping things simple for course two, raw Fish with textural additions showing careful restraint aside from a spicy Pepper slice, plate three stood in stark contrast to simplicity thanks to seared Duck Liver and a Donut Hole bolstered not only by Maple Syrup, but separated Arils and pureed Pomegranate. Family-style henceforth, three Butter-basted Prime cuts grilled between Medium-Rare and Medium gone quickly, those seeking an alternative to Beef will be glad to know STRIPSTEAK's Mediterranean Seabass compares favorably to Fishes served inside Michael Mina Restaurant at Bellagio while sides such as Vegan-friendly Brussels Sprouts and Pork Belly Fried Rice bring seasonality with the flavors of Cider and Five Spice, respectively. Not forgetting classic Steakhouse sides like Creamed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes, though both are "cheffed-up" with the Lobster-whipped Spuds far better than others of their kind, it was after cleansing the palate with Coffee that Dessert began, the first of two trios highlighted by STRIPSTEAK's world-class Beignets and creamy Panna Cotta that hints at Carrot Cake through both its crumbled top and bold Baking Spices. Less thrilled by Mina's Banana Tarte Tatin, the Pastry not crisp and flaky like that at Bardot even before Ice Cream began to melt, a far better use of Bananas was found in the Ice Cream alongside Chef Chang's Pecan Dandy Cinnamon Roll while the "Funnel Cake Cheesecake" delighted thanks to varying textures from bite to bite. Finishing with the Chocolate S'more and Oreo Ice Cream, a combination equally decadent as it sounds, it was with personalized menus  and bags of Caramel Corn in hand that guests bid farewell, Mandalay Bay's struggles still evident but STRIPSTEAK a destination worth seeking out for those bored with predictable Meats, Sides and Sweets.
