I stopped by this subway on the way home today. I worked at Subway in Dresden at the main station for a few years and know that when there is a lot of stress, things can get a bit hectic and rough, especially at the station. Nevertheless, I was very disappointed today when I ordered my sandwich. I had the feeling that I had two beginners in front of me, even though the shop was completely empty. The formulas for the vegetables were not clear, even though I ordered a vegetarian sandwich, the meat was chosen first and, at my request, I only allowed half of my submelt to be in the oven for 30 seconds instead of the 60 seconds she had set, and people started discussing it with me. The employee then took my sandwich out of the oven after just 10 seconds. I tried to let her know that this was a bit small for me, but I had the feeling that we didn't really understand each other due to a language barrier. Despite everything, my sandwich was really delicious! I can only recommend the new Vegetarian Submelt to everyone! It's good to know that the vegetables are completely heated. Keep that in mind when ordering vegetables. The employee who served me at the beginning was nice and I think everyone has minor difficulties at the beginning. However, if I have specific requests as a customer, such as my sandwich being in the oven for a shorter time, I would hope that this would also be addressed.
