What you have described is not typical of the level of quality that you can expect from one of our restaurants. It is customary at Sunset Grill that our servers offer an apology and another meal right away or remove the meal from your bill if you have an issue with your food. Hello. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your meal. All of our food is prepared fresh daily using the highest quality ingredients and healthiest cooking methods. Our Home Fries start with whole potatoes that are cut in-store; steamed or boiled and finished on the flat top grill. The potatoes are cooked in Vegetable (Soybean) Oil and gently seasoned with seasoning salt.
