I ordered delivery of an 8-piece hot philadelfia combo and get 8 more, and also a 32-piece combo. The order arrived quickly, but some hot phlidelfias had a sour taste (Vinegar style on salmon) and so did the 32-piece combo. The seaweed is super rich, and has a very sour taste, even the taste of vinegar, especially the one with peppercorns and cream cheese and the pepper jelly with cream cheese. Today I was at the Alberto Cintra unit, where I've been a few times. The first time, as soon as we arrived, the attendant came to our table and explained the process to us. However, he was a bit harsh in saying that we should take our time ordering, which I found a bit disrespectful as we were just starting our meal. Despite this setback, I returned to this place because I really like their sushi. This time, the attendant informed us that there was only one sushi chef in the place, who was serving both internal and external orders. He also explained that, due to this, orders made using the QR Code would take longer to be fulfilled. While we waited, we could pick up the pieces displayed in the self-service system. I didn't see any problems with that! However, when I went to repeat the dish, I was surprised by an attendant who told me that I needed to weigh the food. This caused me some embarrassment, as the first attendant who gave us instructions had already informed us that we could serve ourselves there, without mentioning the need to weigh the pieces. Furthermore, this attendant, who was also a waiter, removed my husband's and my daughter's plates, replacing them with smaller plates. This gave the impression that the change was made so that we could pick up the self-service parts in a reduced way. My bill was practically 500 reais, which isn't cheap, and some orders made using the QR Code didn't arrive. There is no control over orders made using the QR Code, which caused a lot of frustration. The feeling was that the system is not efficient and that there is no organization when it comes to fulfilling orders. Another worrying point was the issue of hygiene: the sushi chef was handling the pieces of sushi with his hands (without gloves), and an acquaintance entered the establishment, and greeted him by taking his hands directly, which is a total disregard for the rules. of hygiene, especially when it comes to food and even more so sushi, which requires extra care. Given all these setbacks, I will not return to this place and I will also no longer order delivery. The experience was far beyond what was expected, and I believe they need to significantly improve in terms of communication, service, order control and hygiene standards. Service: 1
