This review is based off of the boba first of all This place is awesome short wait good boba and lots of options for tea !!! If u know anything about boba it's supposed to be chewy and it definitely is !

Rating based on boba tea. I've had boba tea elsewhere and the pearls tasted delicious like cake. I got boba tea here tonight, the tea was good but the pearls were very chewy but gooey, like balls of boogers. I dumped half of them, and for $6, certainly not worth it. At least the frozen yogurt is good, but I won't get boba tea here again

Ok. To the question posed: Does Pearls n Swirls live up to the hype? Millions have asked this question but we finally have an answer for them. We stepped out of the mazda on a hot summer evening and we didn't love what we first saw. The ice cream shop, apologies, frozen yogurt store*, was very boring looking with minimal flavors (mostly fruit flavors as one customer deduced). The placement of the candy in the store was rather noteworthy, although their higher end candies were boxed a little further away. One of the biggest complaints was that the "spoons" they handed out were actually sporks. Another astute customer claimed, "who eats ice cream with a spork." We arrived well before close, but the chairs were already packed up? However, customer service was great and the staff was very warm and friendly. Finally, what you've all been waiting for: how was the ice cream itself? Annnnnnnnd drumroll please ... It was so mid. Pearls n Swirls is probably not worth the rigorous trek from your house (unless you're in the area).
