Food is fine for taco Bell but for the love of God hire a cashier and let people use the bathroom. It is terrible that I can not pay with cash or use the bathroom. The lady who always works there is kind of mean and refuses to take your order for cash. Place is always dirty. EDIT: while ordering my food, the lady apologized for taking too long bevbeca she was sick... With chicken pox. We felt unsafe eating the food . This location honestly needs to be shut down or taken over with new management

The manager was very rude. I am a manager at a business I few doors down, and she told me that she doesn't appreciate other businesses sending people to her store. It's not the first time this has happened.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and let me tell you why. It would be a different story if my food was bad or my order was wrong, but that's not what happened. My order wasn't even taken to begin with. Last night (03/10/19), my friends and I came in for some Taco Bell like any other night. There were two employees who were working on other orders. One of them made eye contact with us, rolled their eyes, and then continued to work. That was very rude in itself, but that wasn't the worst part. My friends and I stood there for 30 minutes and nobody's order was taken. These employees were not working fast or rushing to take our order; in fact, it seemed like they went slower on purpose. After 30 minutes of standing there waiting for our order to be taken, another group of people came in (about 5 or 6) right behind us. We thought if our order DID get taken, it would take a long time since there were so many people at this Taco Bell, so we all collectively decided to leave. As we were leaving the establishment, the employee stops working and takes the orders of the people that JUST came in. Then, the employee, under his breath, said "f*ck y'all" to us as we left. This is the most absurd kind of customer service that I've ever witnessed in my whole life. There was no patience or respect for us even though we didn't do anything but wait to get our order taken. Given this kind of treatment, we were glad to leave and not give this location any business, but instead give it to the other Taco Bell on Baseline Road (which is way better in quality and customer service, highly recommended). Thank you Taco Bell Cantina for losing customers and hiring rude workers who don't know what good work ethic is or respect for people in general.
