Amazing food! Delicious food! Usually has a line but fast service. No formal place to sit but you can find a spot. Reasonably priced for the area.

It's a regular little pig, nothing spectacular but obviously the people who eat here have never tried anything of quality in their lives and that's why they throw so many flowers at it. There is always a mega line of whitexican people believing that they are taking a bath in humility by eating this typical dish. The reality is that if you're around, it's fine. But going to that place exclusively to eat is not worth it. The service is terrible, they are the next slowest to serve, so keep in mind that you will lose 45 minutes in line.

El Turix looks to be a local favorite in the area. They have a simple menu (see photos of menu in other reviews). As you walk into the establishment place your order with the cook behind the grill. Eat your meal first then pay for it after the meal. A very casual spot for a quick and simple bite as there are no tables for a sit down. Diners sit any where they can outside. If you're a germaphobe this might not be a place for you as the cook uses his bare hands, with no gloves, to pick the meat (I think it's shredded pork?) and place it in the soft tortilla or the hard fried tortilla. As an American it was a bit jarring but I ate my soft taco and the hard fried taco anyway. The soft taco was a bit too soggy from the shredded pork. The hard fried taco was better equipped to handle the watery meat. Perhaps because I didn't find any hot sauce and no other toppings (both came with just raw red onion) the flavor for both were somewhat bland. Price was unbeatable though.
