I prefer this place a lot. It has a happy feeling. The meals are good. the service is powerful and the crew is courteous. The cost is reasonable. I highly recommend.

I am reluctant to post this review in the hope that the evening that I went to Taste of Gujarat, was just an "off-night". The staff was friendly and attentive but given how we were only one of three tables in the entire restaurant, we expected our food to be served much faster. It took over 45 minutes for our meal to arrive, and the long wait tested our patience. It was also a very warm night and despite a sign on the front window stating they had air conditioning, the a/c wasn't working that night.Indian cuisine is one of our favorites, and having spent much time in India, we were disappointed with both the flavors and the portion size of the 4 dishes that we ordered.The manger/owner? clearly knew that we weren't happy, but made no effort to rectify the situation.We got the check, paid, and left without finishing the meal. Unfortunately, I don't we will give it a second try, but again maybe they just had a bad night.
