Am just coming from this restaurant, first off all the food sucks and you have to wait for hours before getting your food, and yet the food doesn’t taste good, I got jollof, waakye, and fufu and none of them taste good, the jollof looks dry and the soup had a weird taste. They should work on their customer service and waiting time too . I bought fufu with goat soup but it was beef soup and the soup doesn’t taste good Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order 2plate only received one when I call to see if they can have my other plates delivered the lady is telling me to come pick it up myself and hang up. VERY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE !!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

UPDATE: I spoke to Hellen .She was so nice and understanding and made sure to accommodate for the issues that happened before. If you love Ghanaian food, especially Waakye ,one of the many great foods on her menu ,please don't hesitate to order from Tasti Cuisine ,you will not regret it. Big Thank you to Hellen. Ordered yesterday,6/15/2024 through Ubereats a very large order for family: 2 orders palava sauce &yam, 2 orders waakye, 2 orders white rice, 1 order whole Fried Tilapia through UberEats.Delivery driver showed up with only one order of Jellof rice chicken plantains, none of which anyone can eat because of food allergies.UberEats kindly refunded me. Because the food is truly delicious and well prepared,Today, 06/16/2024,Father's Day, decided to take another chance with 2 orders of waakye ,2 orders of yam and palava sauce and 1 order of white rice.UberEats delivery driver showed up with two balls of kenkey, one order of beans stew and one order of okro stew none of which my family and I can eat either. I say all this to say that communication and customer service is key in any business.I would of loved it if someone from the restaurant called to acknowledge items are missing or if I desire a replacement rather than to give wrong food.I have had your food before and honestly it's great ! Just don't understand what the issue is.highly disappointed . Sad to say not only have you lost a customer but other people who were expecting to enjoy your food as well. I am so sorry to read this, C.M. you are returning customer and I will be so sad to loose you. I did my investigation and will like to sincerely apologize for the repeated mistake , I trully want to correct this terrible mistake and i hope you give me call. I do not have your contact information because Uber eats keeps that private. I did tried calling you through uber eats customer service but I was told you weren't picking up.
