I see a lot of really harsh comments here & other sites about this establishment. Maybe it’s a little quirky & dusty but it reminded me of walking into my grandparents kitchen . The owners are an elderly couple who would do most of the work themselves, staying open late nights until every one was served. The “surly” women everyone is referring to was actually a teacher for many years . I know this because I took the time to speak to her & didn’t go there being disrespectful. Ask yourself this question folks, how would you feel, at that age? Working on your feet all day?? Have some empathy for others. Yes, maybe the place could’ve used some upkeeping but maybe they just couldn’t afford it. So rather than sit & troll people on food reviews , use that time to go out in your community & lend a hand to small businesses who may just need some volunteers to get them through a tough time!

I just moved around the neighborhood and did a little adventure walk around westmont. Beautiful town. Tasty treat on the other hand is the opposite of what this town has to offer. This place was awful. Once you walk in. You are hit with Fox News blasting and an old lady glaring at you. The whole Establishment smelled like urine. Another couple was in line with their daughter and the old lady was so unbelievably rude to them. We decided not to order anything and just left. Zero stars. Please go somewhere else.
