I was the only person in the cafe today (accept for one other customer) and I stood there "forever", like a shag or something, waiting for my order to be taken. Then when I did place my order finally I had to wait "forever" for my order (a single coffee) to be delivered. The coffee wasn't particularly good and then when I was leaving and paying my respects I was basically ignored!! Needless to say I won't be returning in spite of having visited previously........

My husband and I decided to have my new electric bike serviced at The Bikesmith & Espresso Bar in Maitland because it was 40 minutes closer to where we live than the shop where we had purchased the bike. The first time I rode my bike after the service, the gears kept jumping which was dangerous, especially when riding up the hills. I returned my bike to the shop where I purchased it. They serviced it and fixed the problems caused by The Bikesmith & Espresso Bar. The repairer commented on the receipt that the gear cable was routed the wrong way around the rear hub. When I approached the owner of The Bikesmith & Espresso Bar, he was evasive, wholly unhelpful and refused to give a refund.
