Этот ресторан находится неподалеку от Kendall College. Стоит посетить Kendall College, чтобы попробовать хороший татарский бифштекс, лосося и гребешки. Повара здесь готовят аппетитное суфле. Закажите неплохое вино, мартини или ликёр. Многие клиенты заказывают хороший кофе.

The food itself was cooked really well. I had some lamb that was perfectly rare and Sam got some scallops that would stand up to most places we've tried in the city. It's worth noting that everything on the menu is done with a sense of refinement, as all the students are training to work in some of the higher end kitchens of Chicago. The presentation and complexity of ingredients definitely had a lot of thought put into them. So the food gets a plus.
On the other hand, the service left a little bit to be desired. Through talking with the waiter, we found out that it was the first week of a new semester the night we came in. That also meant there were a lot of kinks to work out. We waited a few minutes to flag down one of the teachers to get us spoons for our soup. Our drink orders were forgotten as well. Little things that by themselves wouldn't be issues but added up to a frustrating experience at times.
If you want something different, and don't mind being a test subject for prospective hospitality students, give this place a try. I just don't think we'd be making a return trip.
