The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, with bright, minimalist décor setting the stage for what promised to be a memorable dining experience. As I settled into my seat, I couldn't help but admire the skilled chefs at the sushi counter, deftly preparing the freshest rolls, sashimi, and shellfish right before my eyes.
I started my culinary exploration with EEST's signatures, including the tantalizing combination of asparagus and water chestnuts in gan cai sauce, followed by the wok-fried prawn in homemade X.O. sauce.
