I went last night an the guy serve me the small ice cream 1 scoop for $8 The same ice cream I’ve had before for 2 scoops for $8 so apparently he double charged me. I didn’t realize till I check my bank account Service: 1

Paid $13 for a milkshake and essentially got milk with very little ice cream. (See attached video) I asked the worker if she could make it thicker and after helping the other customers first she obliged. It still wasn’t thick enough but didn’t want to bother asking a second time. She ended up tossing out the first milkshake into the trash but she seemed mad so it splattered across the countertop. Seems like a waste, but she was murmuring about “company policy”. I said thank you anyways for the second milkshake but she placed it on the countertop and turned away without acknowledging me. Ended up getting sick 1 hour after drinking the milkshake and feel like she used some bad milk or something because I asked her to remake a milkshake. 0/10 would not recommend - I think she was upset because she just wanted to chat with her boyfriend who was there at work with her. In addition, the tables were dirty with melted ice cream. Also an odd choice to have a “convert cash to prepaid card atm” in the store. Who goes to an ice cream shop for financial services??? I love Van Leeuwen ice cream, but this store stinks and there are so many bugs flying inside
