Gnocchi

Gnocchi are small Italian dumplings made of wheat flour, eggs and cooked potatoes. The ingredients are mixed, rolled into logs, cut into small pieces and then boiled. Optionally, pumpkin and spinach can be added to the mixture. The dish appeared in the 16th century when potatoes were imported from America.

The Chefs: Michael Hazlewood and Manon Descombats took over the leadership of Le Saint Eutrope, after its founder Harry Lester left. The duo, who used to work with Lester, inject fresh life into the restaurant with careful use of local produce and tweaks to the existing fare.

My friend and I had a very good dinner at Le Saint Eutrope, a very cozy restaurant. We ordered lamb curry and beef stew for our meal, and they were amazing. @Athor Which wine do you suggest we try at Le Saint Eutrope if we visit again?
