I had it as a reference bakery in the area and I had gone on other occasions, but I will no longer buy from this bakery again. I bought a carrotcake for a birthday and I was even embarrassed by how embarrassing it was to present it. The cake was crumbly, with the cream, butter or cheese (I don't know what it was) inedible because of how thick it was and how dense it tastes. When a portion was cut, it lost its shape and crumbled completely. There were already some cracks in the counter, but I thought it came with the portions already pre-cut and what was wrong is that it was open everywhere. A shame. It's not the first carrotcake I've eaten and this has never happened to me. What bothers me most is that they couldn't inform me before buying it so I could choose something else and not have spoiled a moment that was special. I am writing here after having stopped by the establishment to tell you about my dissatisfaction and that the same thing cannot happen to someone else. Buen servicio, tanto de en el interior como el la terraza, buen producto, tartas exquisitas que decir de la repostería! Conozco Fuentes desde hace muchísimos años y es un lugar de referencia! Me encanta uno de sus detalles con tu cafe con leche te convidan a un croissant de mantequilla que se deshace en la boca! Riquisimoooo!!!

He comprado un roscón de Reyes pequeño de nata y trufa (14 euros) y estaba reseco, como si llevase varios días en el mostrador o lo hubiesen congelado. En otras ocasiones los roscones estaban buenos pero hoy... Lo compré para desayunar el 1 de enero tranquilamente en casa menos mal que no es el roscón del 5 o el 6 de enero que vienen invitados porque si no hubiese quedado fatal. Para ese día especial buscaré otra pastelería porque ya no me fío de la pastelería Fuentes. Una pena.
