Well, when I walked in, I was not greeted and the young lady Takeyah, Takeia, or however, you spell her name Was incredibly rude And threw my food down after I had told her I was here to pick up an order. She didn’t say hello. She was not friendly at all very dismissive and passive aggressive.

I ordered a $18 dollar club and they forgot to add bacon, i politely remind them and they added a small piece of bacon. When I asked for the normal portion the guy said bacon is too expensive to give me more. It’s a $18 dollar sandwich!! 2 pieces of bacon on the large sandwich is a minimum! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's Subs. I went inside the store, it was clean ambiance very appropriate but the most important staff was professional and friendly. One of the men helped me decide what to order. I ordered #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, a giant size sub. Amazingly tasty with grilled portabella mushrooms, onions, green bell peppers with Swiss cheese. Just loved it. I'm regular at a different sub chain but I'll definitely go back to Jersey Mike's again.
