Pepper grinder didn't work. Server said it was fine and wouldn't get me a new one. Prime rib sandwich came with no horseradish even though the menu said it would. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

When in Boston, we always go to Joe's Waterfront. This year we missed going and decided to go to Joe's on Newbury. Perfect way to end our trip. Started with French onion soup and Clam chowder. Both were amazing. Our main dishes, baby back ribs and Roasted chicken pot pie were delicious. I'm always happy when I can get my wife in and out with ease in a wheelchair. Entrance was easy to get in. Seating was no problem. The second floor is accessible with a lift. The owner should be proud of the staff. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Baby Back Rib Platter

I visited Joe’s on Newbury for dinner on a Friday, hoping to enjoy some fresh seafood and a cozy atmosphere. I had some hits and misses with the food, the service, and the overall quality of the restaurant. I ordered the clam chowder, the tuna tartar, and the lobster roll, expecting to taste some of the best dishes that Joe’s has to offer. The clam chowder was hearty and satisfying, with plenty of clams and potatoes. It could have used a bit more seasoning, but it was still a good starter. The tuna tartar was not tartar at all, but rather a poke-style dish with chunks of tuna on a bed of avocado. The tuna was tender and fresh, but the avocado was brown and mushy.
