The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean. The employees who deal with the public are very kind, but the management is not, they put me in a very embarrassing situation. I stayed for a work trip, the plan was for events. I had to take my baby with food introduction and my mother to take care of her. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we talked about food, we saw if they could provide a place to cook her food, since it is salt-free and with natural seasonings. But the chef offered to make everything available to me, without charging extra, he did it with great care, the food was always fresh (I only had dinner at the hotel). However, one day, halfway through our stay, the manager suspended the agreement we had made and announced that from that day onwards they would charge for the food. I asked the employee who gave me the message to confirm whether they would charge for the baby's food, and he said yes. So I demanded a place to cook or heat her food and the chef once again came to my favor and said he would continue making the food as a courtesy. Unfortunately, they didn't explain anything about the decision to change my mind, I don't know if my baby was creating some embarrassment in the restaurant or some other reason, the boy who was told to speak was very disconcerted by the situation and I was even more disconcerted by him, as he was very polite, but due to the actions of the management who only dealt with it over the phone and through employees. I am very grateful to the receptionists, the guys who carry the luggage, the waiters and waitresses and the chef of the restaurant, they treated us with great affection, they played with my daughter, they were exceptional.
