Looked good, afternoon tea was great, had to take home some of the scones because it was too much. It was too warm inside, wearing formal clothing was a bit uncomfortable, maybe because they kept the door open at all times. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Love balanced savoury and sweet tea set. Bad thing, no plain scone, they have only raisins one. I ended up picking all the raisins out all over my plate. It's minus Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered a glass of Prosecco and it was half full so I asked the waiter if it is supposed to be like this. He said yes it is like this and then walked away (without telling me where he was going) to ask his colleague. He then came back and told me it is supposed to be 90ml and he had already given me more than 90ml. Then I said ok I will cancel then. He immediately turned away again without saying anything and so I had to wave for another waiter to come and had told him the first server was being rude and walked away as soon as I said to cancel. I wasn’t begging for a bigger drink, I was not happy with the amount given for what I had to pay for. At the standard of an international chained hotel, if I customer complains, at least pretend to come back and top up my drink a little? Anyway, I ordered a G&T instead and no one ever came back to my table the entire night. Really terrible service. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿500–600 Service: 1
