This is so unfortunate. We do sincerely apologize. We changed phone service and did not get any text or calls for 3 days. Although this was beyond our control we are extremely sad about the inconvenience this has caused you and your daughter. Since this order wasn't paid for a refund isn't warranted but should you need a cake in the future it will be on us. We pride ourselves on customer service and have excellent service history. If we can make this right we will and if not we apologize again.
