As a preface, im a fatty with a love hate relationship with bahn mi. Grandma used to make it for me as a kid but everytime ive gone out for it, its just not the same. Usually the bread Explodes on contact, and I wear the sandwich. Not the case here. Not only is the bread softer (not soggy, soft), its Way richer in taste than I EVER get Not only that, but usually I order 2. Im currently staring down the barrel that is my second bahn mi, and although I have the strength to finish, im absolutely going to need a nap. These puppies are Yuge. Also, generally I just skip reading the menu and order as there's not much variation. Here, I got EGG IN MY BAHN MI!!! And its PHENOMENAL. Literally ruined every other spot ive ever been to.

Hidden spot in a strip of random stores off of East Valley Highway tucked away from visibility serves some of the best authentic Vietnamese food in the area. From traditional family style meals to lunch plates and easy grab and go banh mis, this place doesn’t mis. The OG owner is awesome. He remembers my kids orders, always brings out some sort of drinks and fresh cut fruit to end the meal like the old days. My favorite is the special rice plate. Com Dac Biet but have never had a bad meal here. Where else can you have some pho, Watch playoff basketball and catch wheel of Fortnite all at the same time? Whenever I come back to the Seattle area from Thailand I always stop here! 108 Vietnamese Restaurant is a long established Vietnamese restaurant in the Kent/Renton border zone. It has been operating for many years and is well established in the local Vietnamese dining scene. It is a casual, family friendly restaurant with a straightforward layout and a steady flow of regulars who come for reliable, traditional Vietnamese comfort dishes. The menu is extensive and very classic, offering the full spectrum of Vietnamese staples! Their fresh spring rolls and deep‑fried egg rolls are among the most frequently ordered appetizers, appearing at the top of the Uber Eats popularity list. The restaurant serves a wide range of amazing pho, including combo pho, chicken, and beef variations, along with spicy beef noodle soup and duck congee. Beyond noodle soups, the menu includes grilled meat vermicelli bowls (bun), fried rice, rice plates (com dia), and specialty noodle dishes. Their banh mi, listed simply as “French Bread” is another favorite, available with chicken, pork, beef, or tofu. Larger entrées like grilled beef short ribs, jumbo prawns, and combo rice dishes round out the savory offerings, are all great and give the restaurant a broad appeal for both quick lunches and full dinners. Portion sizes, freshness, and the authenticity of the flavors make this place a must visit if you’re in the area. Whenever I fly back to Pacific Northwest from Thailand I make a trip here!
