Dear Katrin, I am the manager of 13 Burger, I was there and I'm confused since you ate all the food you ordered, without asking to keep your food warm since you waited a long time before eating, while your burgers were on the table, which resulted in the food cooling down, also because I would like to remind you that you were dining outdoors. You were the only customers in the restaurant because 7/7:30 PM is an atypical dinner time here in Italy and I am SURE that our waitress, who is experienced in the field and very passionate about her job, was neither rude nor arrogant, the only thing I can assume is that there might have been misunderstandings due to language/cultural differences. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your dinner and we all wish you a pleasant trip back home.
