This location is no longer one of my favorites. The store was messy during my visit, and several customers were commenting that it needed to be cleaned. The customer service was disappointing. When I went to pay my $52 total with a $100 bill, the cashier simply said, “No $100” without any courtesy or explanation. One of the employees, a heavy-set young woman who appeared to be around 17–20 years old, was especially rude and lacked basic customer service skills. If the store does not accept $100 bills, the sign should be much larger and easier to see before customers reach the register. The White Plains location is always clean and welcoming, so the difference is very noticeable. I hope this location improves its cleanliness and customer service.

Hi Shanique; Sorry you had a bad experience. Please understand how busy our store gets. It’s impossible to keep it immaculate with the weekend rushes. Regarding $100 bills; we have signage there. We are unable to display it larger due to our lay out. I will speak to my staff about proper customer service. I’m surprised to hear you think White Plains is a cleaner store; as we get many people saying otherwise.

I went to order from this place tonight and it was really good, but couple hours later I started throwing up, and I kept throwing up. I might’ve gotten food poisoning, so I’m upset. I also am lactose intolerant, but I didn’t feel like pooping at all. Overall, I wouldn’t take the risk.

Oxy, We have no record of you ordering from us tonight. You mentioned you’re lactose intolerant so that seems to be your issue and not our product! We take these claims seriously and it’s not fair to blame us if you eat dairy and you have a known allergy to it.

The choices of ice cream and toppings are great. It’s also very cheap compared to other brands. It’s also very cleaned. Best 16 Handles ever.
