I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to many historical sites and within walking distance to both tram and metro stations, only about 5-10 minutes away. The hotel was newly renovated and everything was in good condition. The staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the city and always willing to assist with any information or questions you may have. There are also many markets and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and replenishment of supplies. There are many different types of rooms to choose from, including sea-view rooms, rooms with Turkish baths, and rooms with fireplaces. The rooms also have kitchenettes, and are spacious and comfortable. I was lucky to choose this hotel, as it is a place that I would always choose and recommend to my friends, whether it's for the service or the quality. Highly recommended. Service: 5

15 minutes walking from Taksim Metro and 8 minutes from Tophane tram. If you are a cat lover there are lots of them in the neighbourhood to go and charge your soul batteries! The staff were friendly and provide you with everything you’d ask for. Service: 5
