Hands down the best pizza I have had in a long time! The best sourdough crust with brilliant toppings. Atmosphere is great too! And don't forget the dessert! Your only problem is deciding what to order, everything is so good. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We didn’t know what to expect when we picked a little pizza place in downtown Gallup for dinner, but bored where we glad we chose here. We could hear the live music from the street where we parked nearby and as we walked in, we realized that we were listening to singer songwriters performing their own music. When we are finally seated and could see the performers, it was amazing because they were all young men and women who were very talented. Then there was the food. Sourdough pizza crust with gourmet ingredients that were clearly fresh. There were three of us in our group. Each of us had our own pizza and each of us were reminded of some far away places where we had had amazing pizza elsewhere in our lives that compared to this. I can’t say enough about the service. When a team works the floor like this one did there is no one who is waiting or wanting. Having worked in restaurants before I could tell each employee was empowered to work every table and to assist every guest in multiple ways. We met both of the owners who came over to check on us and they were as sweet and cordial as could be. There may be a restaurant nearby where I live like this one, but if there is, I don’t know where it is. Definitely worth stopping off the highway. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could describe 305 Fire Pizza in one word, “flavorful” The tea, the pizza, the salad. A major plus was the staff, they were wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
