We are very sorry to hear your son had an accident whilst visiting our centre, as we completely understand how upsetting this must have been for you as a parent. However, after seeing this review last night, we immediately spoke with the Duty Manager who dealt with the incident at the time. They confirmed that your child was not unconscious, although there was a small amount of blood from his mouth following the accident. We do feel some parts of this review have exaggerated the situation beyond what actually occurred. Our play centres are designed and operated to be safe environments for children, but as stated within our Terms & Conditions, children must remain under parental or guardian supervision at all times whilst using the equipment. Unfortunately, when children are not being actively supervised, accidents such as children bumping into one another can happen within any play environment, which is exactly why supervision is so important. Our team did assist at the time and provided ice immediately following the incident. Had the injury appeared more serious, further first aid procedures would of course have been followed. We always take feedback seriously and safety remains our top priority. We would be more than happy to discuss this further directly should you wish to contact the centre management team.

Our party rooms are designed around the maximum numbers stated within the package, however we understand it can feel busy, especially with accompanying adults. The voucher expiry date is included on the vouchers issued, but we are sorry to hear the circumstances around your surgery meant you were unable to use them in time.
