I look forward hearing from you. First off, I would like to apologize to you and your family. I’m not sure why you got sick as we strive to provide the freshest quality and products from our store. As for the sausage counter being Bear at the time of your arrival, my only thought is that we haven’t rotated the counter yet and haven’t filled the quantities per tray. Also, as for the green bottle and the fever tree drinks, we have supplied them from the first day of opening, and we still carry them in our store at the present time. We may have run out of a certain kind, but we have never stopped carrying them and I’m not really sure what you mean. Also, as for the staff, we haven’t hired anybody since we purchased the store which was a year and a half ago. Our manager is still the same. She’s been here for nine years and strives to work with us and provide the freshest quality and customer service we can When it comes to the sandwiches, we do have a new baker so the quality and size of the bun might make a difference in your sandwich. As for the toppings, we never charge for extra toppings except for cheese and as for the weight of the meat, it’s always the same. The only thing I can think of is being a bit smaller in size that could confuse you and thinking we are not being generous with the toppings. I truly appreciate your feedback and I hope that you can return to our store so that we can provide you with the upmost customer service and care.
