My recent experience, no exaggerations: I walk in, no one is at the counter for a good minute or two. A woman finally comes out the back. Me (politely): "Excuse me, can I please use your bathroom?" She shakes her head and says no, and immediately turns her back to me and starts working on something. Me: "What do you mean no? I need to use the bathroom." Her: "We don't have one." Me: "What do you mean you don't have one? So how do you use the bathroom?" Her: "You can't use it, it's out of order" I just gave up and left. I hate playing the race card or a victim mentality, but stuff like this is exhausting.

There's a a girl that works here that claims she's the owner she is very nasty and rude she claims that it's you that's being rude when I simply just ask her a question if she can cash in a lottery ticket she looks at you like your cousin or else and then tells you to leave because you're asking if she can cash in a lottery ticket like you're inconvencing her by taking her 2 seconds of time it's happened to me more than once there I asked cash in a $50 lottery ticket she looked at me like I had $1,000 lottery ticket to cash in if your store cannot cash a $50 lottery ticket in more than one occasion then I think you should take the lottery out of your store cuz it's a major inconvenience to the customer and the whole point of 7-Eleven is convenient

If I could give zero stars I would, as a loyal customer for 3yrs I have to say I miss the old crew. These new people that come in have no lively customer service presence which makes it hard for regulars.
