Worst store ever the guy with a mullet is nothing but rude and unwilling to help he is always saying he cant do things weather it be alcohol or food he just dosnt want to do his job and is lazy im going to take my business else where than this 7/11 ive had respect for most 7/11 always nice and helpful but here is a absolute wreck dont ever shop here if you value customer service

Instead of communicating with you and telling you that there is a 0.75 " non grocery tax " for a large cup full of just- ice that is no longer free with absolutely no warnings or signs on ice machine even tho with rewards its 0.59 for a large "soda", they are too busy on their airpods talking to their friends over seas to interact with customers and telling them why they are getting charged an additional fee and when confronted about it as I just bought 2 Gatorades they just shook their head yes and continued to ignore other customers upon this issue. Now I dont have a issue with paying but a heads up or explanation wouldnt hurt. Makes sense why the reviews are bad

Moved to a new neighborhood and was happy to still have a 7-11. I'm deleting my app now and shopping across the street. I greeted the man so politely and he said nothing... even when he rang me up it's free to be polite Months later, our returned to the store and they are still rude. I wish I could leave a separate review. I just bought 220 ounce Pepsi‘s coffee creamer, potato tubes, donuts, and Jack links and this man looked at me with a straight face and asked if I needed a bag of course I need a bag. How can I carry this? I could barely get it to the register instead of putting my items in the bag, he handed me two bags. What a jerk. 7-Eleven says to write them so that they can better understand what happened the URL has been blocked due to violations
