5 stars! *Review edited*: This 7/11 is on point! I hear people complain sometimes here (I get it, but I’m not sure why because this place is awesome). Compared to every other 7-Eleven in the area, especially down in Renton/Federal Way and throughout E. Valley Highway – this by far is the best it’s not even a close competition. Honestly, I’d say this is the best 711 and all of King County and Snohomish County. I’m sure most people don’t leave enough positive reviews for this place. However, I come here regularly as my doctors appointment is next-door. All of the employees you’re working incredibly hard they are respectful, courteous, professional, and run a tight ship. Honestly, this place should have five stars. The manager/owner is also very friendly and very professional and courteous. I had an issue a while, back with one of the gas pumps leaking and not working. The payment on my card timed out on the gas pump and their payment method locked them out. Naturally, I was frustrated in the moment, however, the owner promptly came out and addressed the situation and made it right. He was extremely professional great. Customer Service had a smile on his face and what was a stressful situation on my way to work, thinking I was going to be late, when most owners/general managers would hide in the back he immediately ran outside to address the situation and help me. Thank you to all of the guys at the front who run the cashiers and the registers you guys are appreciated. This place is always overflowing busy with people. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness that I’ve received from this place. They’re donuts are always fresh and hot in the morning. Their coffee is made right the Slurpee machine always works. If there weren’t so many angry people in this world, this place would definitely be five stars without a doubt. Thank you for continuing to provide excellent service even in the midst of negative customers on a daily basis. Keep it up; you guys don’t go unnoticed and you’re providing a very necessary much-needed service to the community. Thank you for your excellent Customer Service five star quality, professionalism, and for always make being the Customer leave feeling like they’ve been taken care of.
