You know me; i have been a good customer and visited often, i gave you good business. But today you played the uber/doordash trick on me, and as a result, i will never step again in your store. You made the last 15$ today from me. Good job!

The do not honor the specials on their ads in the store regarding 7-11 rewards. They are knowingly over charging people, and create excuses for why something that simple isn't correct. I won't ever go in there . The employee talked down to me and patronized me when he was completely incorrect. They wouldn't be happy if I stole from them yet they are stealing from customers

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the 7-Eleven located at 1308 N 30th St, Renton, WA 98056. On the morning of August 4th, I placed a pickup order through DoorDash for a 6-pack of Rainier Beer (Lager Cans), totaling $10.99. When I arrived at the store to collect my order, the staff member on duty was extremely rude and unreasonable. He abruptly and aggressively grabbed the item out of my hands without any explanation, and began yelling at me. He claimed he would cancel the order, but no proper communication or confirmation was provided. More than 12 hours later, the order status showed as “Completed,” and I was charged for the item—yet I never received it, and I still haven’t been refunded. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for any customer-facing business. I hope this store takes accountability and improves both its customer service and order handling processes.
