I am a regular customer at this store and stop in frequently after work for gas and snacks. I spend a significant amount of money there, and until recently I have never had any issues with this employee. On June 3, 2026, I wanted to use my own 7-Eleven account instead of the phone number he normally uses. After I chose to use my own account, his attitude toward me changed noticeably and he became rude. I also asked if the roller grill food was ready. Instead of checking or answering my question, he told me to check it myself. As a customer, I do not know how to determine whether roller grill items are properly heated and ready to eat. I selected an item, but when I put it in the bag, I realized it was cold and had to put it back, just as he instructed. In addition, I frequently see this employee on his phone while working. I visit the store regularly and have observed this on many occasions. I am not looking to cause problems, but I was disappointed by the customer service I received. I would appreciate this concern being reviewed so that customers are treated respectfully and receive assistance when they have questions about food items. He also denied my coworkers to pay for their food and gas he put them out

Overall great place but they shut lottery off around 11pm-12am and don't open it back up til morning

I go to this store every day 2 to 3 times a day and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the clean store, it is personally mine and my whole families go to store even tho other places are closer to us we will always come to this store because of the staff interaction we receive every time.
