As a lover of hyperbole, I'll start with a bit of that.. If I had a dollar for every time I came to this store after work and it was closed, I'd have enough money to buy it and replace the overnight employee with someone who actually did the work he was being paid to do. It's sad that an employee's most important duty is to be the face of the store and represent it properly, but this is the fourth time I've come to this store and it's been closed, with the employee telling me it was closed until five in the morning; an employee who then gets irate when you watch him do nothing after asking him why so long. First time I got upsst, second time I stood and watched him do nothing, third I simply walked away, and this time I'm leaving a review. I mean, let the owner do whatever they wish, but that's a minimum of four+ hours you're losing business and paying someone to walk in circles while making people like myself, who work sixteen hour days and come to a 7 for a snack because it's the only thing open around me, have to go further out of their way to get a some sort of service. Interestingly, this 7 hosts a 24-hour delivery service, so I could order here and force this man to do the job he's being paid for, but that would be giving a store that appears to care only for the daily portion of their patrons business it doesn't want. Suffice it to say, this will be my last time coming here, day or night. Interesting tactic, paying an employee to degrade a portion of your business's face. You win some, you lose some. LAME they are not giving out free Slurpee's for the kids for red ribbon week. Even though their school said they would. Very disappointed in this location. They lost my business coming here daily BOO 7-eleven!!
