Worker says card reader is working when it clearly isn't. Went to go get my morning coffee I know there is money in my account but for some reason the card reader isn't working. I tried 3 times the worker wouldn't even reset it or try a different machine if I could give 0 stars I would. This has been my regular sev since I was a kid. I am VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!

One of the worst 7-11’s. I got there to get lotto sometimes and the lady will always do a million other things before ever helping me and she gets it wrong half the time.

Who writes a review for sev? I have to tell you this 7-Eleven is one of the better ones in the city and it's totally apparent that the head manager is the man responsible for that. He's an incredibly friendly guy and he runs a tight ship. Anytime I've had the slightest issue (such as the syrup running out on one of the drinks) he's gone out of his way to remedy the situation and send us out the door with complimentary bug gulps. I have 4 locations all exactly the same distance from my house and I come back to this 7-Eleven specifically because of the level of service I get.
