I've found this gem through Google Maps and it's a real treat to all the pulperia&tapas you see around. I came back the next day just to discover more of their menu. Enjoy Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A few days ago a new store opened in Ferrol called 7 Vidas, a good name for a new business. I make it a rule to only comment on sites that I like and to be as honest as possible in my comments. 7 lives looks good, it is a place that will surely change things over time, now they have a menu, let's say small, but sufficient. The attention is correct and you feel comfortable in the place. Once they serve you the drink you have an appetizer, in this case they were some truly delicious olives. The first thing the menu indicates is "Everything to share." Personally, I am not usually a big fan of that type of service, but it is really a trend currently in many places. We shared the marinated Xarda, which was really good, although I admit that I am a fan of marinated fish. The prawn and San Simón risotto was also good although it was not the best I ate, I couldn't fault it. To finish the dishes we decided on the Pressed Rib and Cheese Bacon potatoes, we had doubts and the waiter recommended this dish to us, a complete success, the truth is that it was the best thing I tried in this style, I recommend it without hesitation. To finish a dessert that never fails, Caramelized Torrija, crème anglaise and vanilla, really good, but if I have one serious drawback, the whole set of flavors made it too sweet for me and became cloying. Well, it's a bit of a long review but I think that a place that has been open for less than a week and trying to do things well deserves the positive comments. I will be back.
