We visited AFURI restaurant (hoshino resort tomamu) today and we had a very bad experience to this restaurant. There is a tall guy staff who treated us very poor and bias to us badly. We don't know what's wrong to him, why the staff just treated us in such badly. First, we came in the restaurant around 11.05am, we have no idea why the staff ask us to keep changing tables up to 3 times, and we just shifting our stuff again and again. Besides, he been ignoring us while we want to make order, he act don't know when we been raise our hand for couple of time even his colleague remind him to come over our tables but he only serve those customers came after us. His action made us feel very unwelcome. Worst thing is he serve the foods and water in a rough way, he basically putting the bowl and water jug banging on the table right infront of us, even though he apolpgise but we don't feel a sense of sincerely.
