FEB 2026 Came here for dinner and upon confirmation of my reservation I was guided to the 10th floor where the restaurant is located. I had the standard omakase menu which has nine courses consisting of three amuse bouche, three types of italian bread, chef's reimagined carbonara dish, pasta, fish dish, meat dish, palate cleanser, dessert, and caffe latte with three petit fours. Enjoyed the starters and the variety of breads. Next course was my favorite; a carbonara inspired dish which consisted of salt cured sliced pork jowl and a perfectly cooked poached egg covered in a light pecorino cream and finished with some cracked black pepper. The linguine with raw sweet shrimp, the lightly grilled hirame fish fillet and the roasted venison meat were all prepared and cooked well, showcasing the depth of flavor of the natural ingredients. The desserts were also a highlight of the meal. The palate cleanser was very refreshing; every component was made with apple; and the beautiful crimson strawberry dessert was sweet, tasty and well balanced; a creative and complex take on strawberries and cream. Overall it was a good dining experience, food was tasty and the staff were polite and professional.

Very grand dining experience, worth every penny. Each meal had its very own unique interpretation of Italian fusion and in my opinion, all the wine pairings complemented each of the courses very well. They truly go above and beyond in creating a classy dining experience and a lot of thought goes into everything. Not overpriced on any perceived pseudo dining experience - the team are truly knowledgable across Japanese-Italian cuisine and treat you well. Shoutout to the friendly and highly considerate manager and team. I had a booking mishap and they were more than flexible to discuss a workaround solution. I’d highly recommend for a comfortable corporate dinner, date night or even if it’s an evening to treat yourself. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I had none but the restaurant were proactive to accomodate
