Very pleasantly surprised!! A menu where you don’t know in advance the dishes served it’s great and easily leads to curiosity. We loved everything from start to finish! Almost 10 dishes including the desserts (a pure delight and well-defined flavors with delicacy) A very nice wine list, and lots of little touches that make this evening a great experience. Besides that, the service and friendliness of the staff stood out to us. I highly recommend this address. You will not be disappointed Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The food journey with wine pairing was just amazing! Every meal burst out with taste and charm. Wine pairing fit amazingly the selection. Definitely recommend this place and will go there again if I happen to come to Paris! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If there’s a proud vibe of unassuming “haute French” dishes with surprise and enchantment, it would be Aspic. Humble in space, decor, and presentation, Aspic amuses your senses with delight and wonder. This is not a restaurant for a novice palate. Rather, it’s in the wine pairings complementing each dishes’ flavors like a gladsome Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers film—feeling inspired and joyful as you’re led along a colorful cornucopia of imagination. My pictures do not do the restaurant justice because it’s the confident humility of deliciousness that one must enjoy, when ready, on their own. One thing I would recommend would be to play with acid a bit more on some dishes, but overall I say bravo, Aspic. Bravo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
